The Role
We are keen to hear from potential Non-Executive Director(s) (NEDs) to provide independent oversight, strategic guidance, and constructive challenge to our executive directors.
A NED will have relevant director-level complimentary expertise and experience to our executive directors, currently in recruitment, such as:
- Successfully scaling a rapidly growing company
- Software as a Service (SaaS) businesses
- Offshore renewables
- The R&D and innovation funding landscape
- Engineering consultancy
- Equity investment and M&A events
Potential candidates should set-out how they feel they would add value to the Kinewell Energy board, and how they would manage any conflicts of interest.
