Background
Equiwatt are pioneering an app-based platform for electrical Demand Side Response (DSR), automatically switching electrical appliances on and off across a large fleet of residential consumers.
The Challenge
Equiwatt had real-world trial data from their platform in operation, but needed a clear, statistically robust understanding of the scale of electrical demand reduction it could deliver, in order to make the case to larger industry players and size the commercial opportunity available to them.
Solution
Kinewell supported Equiwatt through statistical analysis of data from real-world trials of their technology, giving them an increased understanding of the scale of electrical demand reduction their platform could provide to larger industry players, and therefore of the commercial opportunity available to them.
